Good day or Bad day? This was the question posed to all Waterstone's staff at the end of watching this staff training film. A second film then follows the training session to show the staff where improvements could be made.

Wailing Banshee recently produced a series of training films for Waterstone's Book Stores. The films followed a fictional staff member through two vastly different days. The 'Sliding Doors - esque' film was shot overnight in one of Waterstone's busiest London stores which was closed for filming.

Banshee brought in actors and extras to populate the store and two Hi Def cameras were used for the action.

Waterstones joins our retail client list which includes Marks and Spencer, Tesco, Currys, PC World and Hugo Boss.
